Delivery
Paid orders are shipped from our warehouse twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday) approx 15:00 a.m.
For example If you placed your order on Tuesday at 14 p.m., it will reach you the same week. If you place your order on Thursday at 17 p.m., you will receive your order at the end of the following week.
If you placed your order on the weekend, your parcel will be sent on Tuesday and you will receive it within 1-3 days.

FREE DELIVERY to terminals in Lithuania for purchases over €50,00.
Free delivery by courier to the specified address in Lithuania for purchases over €100.00
FREE DELIVERY to terminals in Latvia for purchases over €100,00.
Free delivery by courier to the specified address in Latvia for purchases over €200.00
FREE DELIVERY to terminals in Estonia for purchases over €100,00.
Free delivery by courier to the specified address in Estonia for purchases over €250.00
The price of delivery for an order up to €50,00 to the Venipak terminal in Lithuania is €2.50 by courier €5.00
The price of delivery for an order up to €100,00 to the Venipak terminal in Latvia is €5.00 by courier €9.00
The price of delivery for orders up to €100,00 to the Venipak terminal in Estonia is €6.00, by courier €20.00
To Scandinavian country (Denmark, Finland and Sweden) delivery by courier costs €20.00

The Venipak service cooperates with LPexpress, so delivery is also possible to the last post offices.
We will deliver the order to the parcel self-service terminal of your choice or to the specified address. You can pick up the ordered goods at a time convenient for you – the terminals are open every day, around the clock.

Delivery time until LITHUANIA, LATVIA ir ESTONIA is about 2-3 working days.
Delivery term To Denmark, Finland ir Sweden is about 3-4 working days.
In case of an increased number of orders, the delivery time may be extended up to a week.

As soon as your order is delivered to the selected terminal, you will receive an SMS message to your specified mobile phone number and e-mail. by post
Remember – your order is stored at the parcel self-service terminal for only 7 days. After 7 days, your order won’t be returned to us, only after urgent reach via [email protected] we will we be able to deliver this order to your place or terminal again.
Picking up an order at the selected parcel self-service terminal takes no more than 15 seconds:
1. After receiving a notification on your mobile phone or e-mail, go to the parcel self-service terminal specified in the SMS message.
2. Enter the PIN code received in the message.
3. Take the package from the automatically opened terminal compartment and close the door.
