Returns

If you return the product within 14 working days, the product must be unused and the packaging undamaged. Returns will not be accepted if these conditions are breached or a 50% restocking fee will be applied at our discretion. We recommend that you make sure that the return is done properly, as we are not responsible if the returned item goes missing.

Before returning the product, you must inform us by e-mail. by email [email protected] or through Facebook account CigsLT.com Vapeshop. We will give you a return authorization, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

As soon as you receive the return authorization, please include a printed letter (authorization) from us in the package, as well as the following information:

Your name and address
Your email address
Your unique order number.

If you are unable to print our letter (permission), please write down all the information (which is listed above) on a separate sheet and insert it. The exact current return address will be provided in our letter (authorization). Please ensure that all shipping (return) costs are paid, as you are responsible for returning the package (except in individual cases where both parties agree on compensation for a non-functioning item).

The return conditions apply only to devices and accessories that have not been damaged and/or unpacked. Liquids, fragrances and similar items are not returnable.

Unclaimed orders can be reshipped once from the Venipak warehouse.
